Your letters of January 22, February 10, and March 2,1988 transmitted Issue 2, Revision Nos. 2,3, and 4 to the Pilgrim Station Security Plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

Our review of the information contained in these Plan revisions determined that all changes but one are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and are considered acceptable. The enclosure to this ;etter provides the reason one of the changes is not considered acceptable. For that change you are to modify your plan and subnit corrected page revisions Lo this office within 30 days of receipt of this letter.

T'ae enclosures to your letter and the enclosure to this letter are being withheld from public disclosure, since they contain Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
