This refers u> the routine safeguards inspection conducted by Messrs. T. W.

' Dexter and 0. F. .Limroth of this of fice on June 25-29, 1990, at Plymouth,

Massachusetts, of activities authorized-by NRC license 30. OPR-35, and to

the discussions' of our findings held by Mr. Dexter with Mr. Kraf t and other

members of your staff at the conclusion of the ins:getion.

~ Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region i

Inspection _ Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the

representative records,= interviews with-personnel and observations by the

inspectors.

Within the' scopeof this. inspection, no violations were observed. However,
