Re: Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station By letter dated August 21, 1986, you proposed withdrawal of your application dated September 9,' 1985 for amendment of Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. The proposed amendment would have revised the Technical Specifications pertaining to the rod worth minimizer.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.107, we have granted this application for withdrawal and we have requested that Office of the Federal Register to publish the-
