This letter refers to an unannounced, routine, safeguards inspection of your activities authorized by NRC license No. NPF-21 conducted by Mr. L. R. Norderhaug of this office on May 6-10, 1985. It also refers to the discussions of the preliminary inspection findings held by the inspector with Messrs. C. Powers, G. Bouchey and other members of their respective organizations on May 10, 1985, and a subsequent telephone conversation between L. R. Norderhaug and S. R. Telander of your organization on May 31, 198 Areas examined during this inspection included activities related to physical protection as described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, interviews with facility and contractor personnel, and observations by the inspecto Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observe In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distributio We have determined that the enclosures so designated contain Safeguards Information and therefore are subject to the controls of 10 CFR 73.21.
