This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. R. Dodds and R. Barr of
this office during the period of November 16, 1986 through January 3, 1987, of
activities authorized by NRC Operating License No. NPF-21,'and to the
-discussion of findings held by the inspectors with Messrs. C. Powers and other

members of the Supply System staff at the conclusion of the inspection
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel and observations by the inspectors.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
