"Closure of TAC NO. MA1213 Response to the Requests for Additional Information to Generic Letter 92-01, Revision 1, Supplement 1, 'Reactor Vessel Structural Integrity,'or the Washington Public Power Supply System Nuclear Project No. 2 (WNP-2)"

The purpose of this letter is to inform the staff of errors in the world-wide-web database related to the WNP-2 reactor vessel structural integrity. The referenced letter recommended that we review the database information and provide comments as to its accuracy relative to WNP-2.

Specifically, the application of the minimum shell plate thickness for the thinner section of the core beltline was applied to the thicker shell section when evaluated for irradiation damage, Additionally, there is an omission of seam-weld information related to filler wire /flux control number combinations.

Energy Northwest will print the web site database screens that contain the errors or omissions, mark-up the pages, and forward these changes to the staff by December 1, 1999.
