This refers to the inspection conducted by L. R. Norderhaug of.this office on l November 16 through 23, 1993. The inspection included a review of activities !

authorized for your Washington Nuclear Project, Number 2. At the' conclusion l of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your i staff identified in the enclosed report. The report also refers to-  ;

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within ,

these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures a and representative records, interviews with facility and contract personnel, :
