' Revision 5, Amendment I to the WNP-1 and 2 Emergency Preparedness Plan We have completed a review of the changes to your WNP-1 and 2 Emergency Preparedness Plan that were transmitted to us by your letter of September 9, 1986 (G02-86-858) in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q).

We noted during this review that you have changed the time within which you are to notify the offsite agencies'in accordance with the_ commitment described in my letter to you dated June '9, 1986. Regarding the submitted Appendix 2 to the plan, Ms. Gail Good o1 my staff and Messrs. Robert Mogle and Alfred-Klauss of your staff discussed two minor issues by telephone on December 8, 1986. It is my understanding that your staff agreed to incorporate Ms. Good's comments regarding the use of the asterisk and N/A during a subsequent revision to the plan.
