WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 CYCLE 15 CORE OPERATING LIMITSREPORT (COLR)
Energy Northwest hereby submits COLR 99-15, Revision 0, in accordance with the requirements ofWNP-2 Technical Specification 5.6.5.
The operating limits in the COLR that were developed from the Cycle 15 reload and licensing analyses have been evaluated against the criteria of 10 CFR 50:59 and it was determined that implementation of this report does not result in an unreviewed safety question.
The COLR has been reviewed and approved by the WNP-2 Plant Operations Committee.
