1992 EXERCISE OBJECTIVES AND LIMITATIONS This letter refers to your undated letter (received on September 8,1992) which forwarded the objectives and limitations for the WNP-2 annual-emergency exercise scheduled for December 8,1992.
We have completed our review of the exercise objectives and limitations.
The results of our review were discussed during September 24 and 28, 1992, telephone conversations between Ms. G. Good, of my staff, and Mr. R. Utter, of your staff.
I understand that as a result of some of Ms. Good's comments, Mr. Utter made a commitment to add two exercise limitations. Mr. Utter indicated that the additional limitations would be submitted with the scenario.
We contact'ed Mr. R. Donovan of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA),
Region X, during our review. He stated that his comments had already been provided to you in a September 14, 1992, letter.
Based on the results of our review, and the actions planned by your staff,.we find that the exercise objectives and limitations appear adequate to meet your emergency plan goals and requirements.
