Letter, dated June 3, 1999, JV Parrish (SS) to NRC, "Request for Amendment, Licensee Name Change" This letter provides clarification concerning the legal corporate status regarding the change of licensee name from Washington Public Power Supply System to Energy Northwest and the change of facility name from Washington Public Power Supply System Nuclear Project Number 2 (WNP-2) to WNP-2. This clarification is provided as requested during a July 19, 1999, telephone conversation with JS Cushing (NRC) and JD Arbuckle and RN Sherman of the Supply System.

The reference letter provided Operating License pages marked to show the licensee and facility name change. The attached Operating License pages are marked to show clarification changes regarding the change of facility name and to reflect a correction to the license number (Appendix B). The legal corporate status of the licensee has not changed and no transfer within the scope of 10CFR50.80 will or has occurred.
