Dear. Mr. Sylvia:
DWagner ACRS (10)
This is an invitation to yc.ur licensing staff to participate in a working level meeting on September 9, 1986, with the Pro.iect Managers in BWR Pro.iect Directorate No. 3 and other NRC managers. The intent of this meeting is to enhance communica-tions and improve day-to-day business between our organizations by discussing, in an informal atmosphere, topics of mutual interest relevant to licensing.
I have enclosed for your review and comment a proposed agenda. This agenda was devel-oped based on informal conversations between your staff and Mari-Josette Campagnone of my staff in which an informal list of attendees and topics of interest for the upcoming meeting was requested.
I welcome any suggestions you may have either for additional agenda items or for the meeting format that would help to make this meeting.a success.
The meeting has been scheduled at 8:00 a.m. on September 9, 1986, in Bethesda and is expected to last all day. Please provide any suggestions or comments to Mari-Josette Campagnone (301) 492-7064 or to me directly (301) 492-8180.
Sincerely,
/S/
