These indicators provide an additional view of operational performance to supplement that obtained through other NRC' programs. The purpose of this letter is to transmit to you the NRC performance indicators for Washington Nuclear Project No. 2 for the first quarter of 1990. I have also included Announcement No. 200 on the use of performance indicators and the definitions of the indicators, which are contained in each issue of the report.
