This refers to your letter of April 30, 1982, in response to our letter of January 20, 1982.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventative actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
Based on telephone conversations on June 4, 1982 between Mr. E. Mulcahey, Radiological and Environmental Services Superintendent, and Mr. R.
Nimitz, Dr. M. McBride, and Mr. J. Linville of this office, and on June 7, 1982 between Mr. E. Mulcahey and Dr. M. McBride, we understand that a supplemental response to our January 20, 1982 letter will be provided by July 31, 1982. The supplemental response will address the items listed in the attachment to this letter.
