License No. OPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. This 1 amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response [

to your applicatien dated February 5,1988 as supplemented June 23,19L!. .

The amendment changes the Administrative Controls. Section 7. of the Fort St.

Vrain Technicr1 Specifications. ,

A copy of the Safety Evaluation is enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will ,

be included in the Comission's next Bi-weekly Federal Register notice.  !
