- 1) Revision to pages.7.1-7,.7.1-8 and 7.1-9 to eliminate the title of Superintendent of Training and add the title of Nuclear Training. Manager.
- 2) Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC) revisions to eliminate from membership the positions of Health Physics Supervisor, Results Instrumentation and Controls Supervisors and Shift Supervisor Training.
- 3) PORC revision to change the title.
