Our letter dated September 4,1985 to you confirmed that an outage modifications inspection program would be conducted at Dresden Nuclear Power Station Unit 3, and provided the planned dates for the various parts of that program. Since then, the Pre-Outage Review, the Outage Design Inspection, and the Outage Vendor Inspection at Dresden 3 have been completed.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm information which has been provided to CECO personnel informally regarding the final two parts of the inspection program. The Outage Installation Inspection is now scheduled to begin during the week of April 20, 1986. It is planned that the team members will go through the site badging process on April 21 and 22, and hold an entrance interview on April 22, 1986. The management debriefing at the end of the installation inspection is planned for May 7, 1986. Contingent upon the progress of the modification and testing activities, the Pre-Operations Readiness Inspectior. is planned to begin on June 2, with the final exit meeting scheduled for June 18, 1986.
