TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-34 i ,

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 53 to Facility Operating l License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.

This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated December 19, 1986.

This amendment changes Technical Specification Section 4.10.7, Table 4.10-7 to properly reflect the actual location of Fire Hose Station No. TH12-G4 as elevation 4904. '

i A copy of the Safety Evaluation is enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will '

be included in the Commission's next Bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
