Proposed Changes to LCO 4.10.7 of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications
Dear Mr. Berkow:
This letter is to propose changes to the Limiting Conditions for Operation Section of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications.
A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment 1, the changes themselves in Attachment 2, and an evaluation of Significant Hazards Consideration in Attachment 3.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, an application fee of
$150.00 is enclosed.
