CONCERNING CALLAWAY ENGINEERING PUBLIC MEETING ON APRIL 13, 2009

Dear Mr. Heflin:

This refers to the public meeting conducted at the NRC Region IV office in Arlington, Texas, on April 13, 2009. At this meeting, the NRC and AmerenUE management from the Callaway Plant discussed engineering related topics pertinent to the Callaway Plant. These topics included engineering successes, engineering challenges, and engineering-specific regulatory affairs items.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
