DATE & TIME: Thursday, May 26,2011 1 :30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. EDT LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-16B04 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: Union Electric Company (the licensee) will meet with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss its planned submittal of an amendment request for Ca.llaway Plant, Unit 1, to revise the fire protection requirements in the operating license. The planned revisions are intended to adopt the risk-informed, performance-based alternative described in "National Fire Protection Association Standard NFPA 805," as permittee;! by paragraph 50.48(c) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 public meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
