DATE & TIME: Wednesday, November 12, 2003 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North, Room O-7B4 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 CATEGORY*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned (see attached agenda).

Portions of this meeting may be closed to the public if the licensee presents information that the staff has determined is proprietary in nature.

PURPOSE: To discuss (1) licensee's responses to requests for additional information on two licensees applications dated June 26, 2003, (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML031920631 and ML031950570) for amendments to the technical specifications, and (2) potential instrumentation digital upgrades.
