OF THE PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE RESULTS OF THE GRAND GULF NUCLEAR STATION LICENSE RENEWAL INSPECTION

Dear Mr. Mulligan:

This letter is in reference to the public meeting conducted in an open house format at the Port Gibson City Hall, on January 31, 2013, with members of the public. The participants discussed the overall license renewal process and provided the results of the license renewal inspection conducted at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, as documented in Inspection Report 05000416/2012007 (ADAMS Accession #ML12268A365).

The attendance list is enclosed with this summary marked as Enclosure 1. A copy of the NRC presentation handout that related to the license renewal inspection and was available during this open house meeting is also enclosed as Enclosure 2.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, and its enclosures, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
