OF ANNUAL PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT MEETING WITH UNION ELECTRIC COMPANY

Dear Mr. Heflin:

On April 26, 2011, representatives of Union Electric Company met with NRC personnel at William Woods University to discuss the Callaway Plant performance for the NRC inspection period ending December 31, 2010. The list of attendees and a copy of the NRCs presentation are included as Enclosures 1 and 2. In addition, Missouri State Representative Jeanette Mott-Oxford (D) was in attendance, and submitted a written statement (ADAMS Accession No. ML111230828). In her statement, Representative Mott-Oxford discusses several issues previously addressed by the NRC. A response to the representative will be provided in separate correspondence.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
