By letter dated July 29, 1985, Portland General Electric Company (PGE) submitted LCA 124 rcgarding changes to the Technical Specifications related to  !

containment leak testing and containrent isolation valves. Revisions to this  ;

application were provided in PGE letters dated February 26, and April 3,1987.  ;

As a result of these changes, it was expressed to your staff that submittal of a revised Significant Hazards discussion for the LCA was appropriate. l Accordingly, to facilitate the review of this atendment, we request that PGE  ;

provide the revised Significant Hazards discussion within 30 days from receipt '

of this letter.
