The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.147 to Facility Operating License No NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in :esponse to a portion of your application (LCA 124) dated July 29, 1985.

The amendmer.t revises the surveillance requirements for Trojan Technical Specification Section 3/a.6.1.1, "Containment Integrity." Other changes proposed by LCA 124 are still under review and will be the subject of future correspondence.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
