Areas examined during the inspectihn included operational safety verification,-

' previous inspection findings, winter protection, surveillances, and 10 CFR 21

. review. Within-these areas,_the inspection consisted of selective examination

of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and

~o bservations by the' inspectors._ These findings are documented in the enclosed

report.
