Dear Mr. Denton:

This is to provide the process control program (PCP) for the Byron polymer radwaste solidification system. This program will be implemented to fulfill the requirements of Technical Specification 3/4.11.3. A similar program for the cement radwaste solidification system was provided in reference (a). This PCP contains no proprietary Jnformation.

Please direct questions regarding this PCP to this office.

One signed original and fifteen copies of this letter with the PCP are provided for NRC review.
