Byron Station Unit 2 Cycle 8 Core Operating Limits Report The purpose of this letter is to transmit the Core Operating Limits Reports (COLR) for Byron.

Station Unit 1 Cycle 9 and Byron Station Unit 2 Cycle 8. As part of implementing the Improved Technical Specifications (i.'e., Amendment 106), Byron Station Units 1 and 2 will transition from an Operating Limits Report (OLR) format to a COLR format. The new COLR format has additional information requirements. The attached reports are applicable for the remainder of

- the currently operating cycles.
