Control Desk, Byron Station Unit 1 Cycle 9 Core Operating Limits Report and Byron Station Unit 2 Cycle 8 Core Operating Limits Report, dated January 29,1999.
The Byron Station Unit 2 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) has been revised to account for a planned increase of the Reactor Coolant full power average operating temperature from 581 F to 583" F. This change has been made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.59.
NRC approved analytical methods, as documented in Technical Specification 5.6.5,
" Core Operating Limits Report" were used to demonstrate all applicable core operating limits of the safety analysis will continue to be met. Attached is a copy of the COLR for BY2C8A. Revision lines identify revisions from the referenced COLR.
