This is to confirm a verbal report made by Mr. B.A. Svensson, Assistant Plant Manager, to your Mr. E.R. Swanson, Senior Resident Inspector at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, on March 11, 1983, at 1615 hours0.0187 days <br />0.449 hours <br />0.00267 weeks <br />6.145075e-4 months <br />. At that time Mr. Svensson advised Mr. Swanson that during an inspection of the D.C. Cook Plant fire doors, a fire door (#469) in the Unit 1 Boron Injection Tank Roan was found that did not have a label to substantiate UL certification. 'Ihe Plant's 2mmediate action was to post a continuous fire watch for this door.
As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.8, a followup report will be subnitted within 14 days.
