This is to confirm a verbal report which was given to Mr. N.E. DuBry of your office at 1517 hours0.0176 days <br />0.421 hours <br />0.00251 weeks <br />5.772185e-4 months <br /> on May 6, 1983. At that time I informed Mr.
DuBry that during a data review we discovered that the Gemical Volure Control System Ibidup Tanks were not sampled in the 12 hour1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br /> time period required when the autcmatic gas analyzer is inoperable (sample was performed approximately 4 - 5 hours5.787037e-5 days <br />0.00139 hours <br />8.267196e-6 weeks <br />1.9025e-6 months <br /> late).
As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.12, a followup report will be subnitted within 14 days.
