1983, at which time we informed them that the wrong values for the Ep(Z) were used for the incore detector computer code during the Unit 1 Cycle VII operation.

This could have allowed the Unit to exceed its F limit between normal surveillgnce flux maps as the Ep(Z) term accobnts for the reduction in the Fg (El) curve due to an accumulation of burnup prior to the next flux map.

As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.12, a followup report will be submitted within 14 days.
