This is to confirm a verbal report given to Mr. Neil DuBry of your staff at 1507 hours0.0174 days <br />0.419 hours <br />0.00249 weeks <br />5.734135e-4 months <br /> on this date. At that time, Mr. DuBry was advised that the Unit Two Control Room Cable Vault Halon System had been declared inoperable on April 14, 1983, following_ completion of a non-routine concentration test.
A followup report will be submitted within fourteen (14) days in accordance with Unit Two Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.12.
