Dear Mr. Keppler:
This is to confim a verbal report given to Mr. E.R. Swanson of your staff at 1225 hours0.0142 days <br />0.34 hours <br />0.00203 weeks <br />4.661125e-4 months <br /> on this date. At that time, Mr. Swanson was advised that the Unit 1 Halon Systs had been declared inoperable on April 5, 1983, following empletion of a nonroutine concentration test.
It was also noted that the Unit 2 Halon Systm is being administratively considered inoperable until the test can be performed in that unit.
A followup report will be submitted within fourteen days in accordance with Unit 1 Technical Specification Section 6.9.1.12.
