This is to confirm a report made by our Assistant Plant Manager, Mr.
B.A.
Svensson, to Mr.
E.R.
Swanson, Senior Resident Inspector at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant at 1850 hours0.0214 days <br />0.514 hours <br />0.00306 weeks <br />7.03925e-4 months <br /> on September 26, 1983.
At this time Mr. Swanson was advised that the CO 2 System for the Unit 2 Diesel Generator Room was left in an isolated condition for approximately 2 hours2.314815e-5 days <br />5.555556e-4 hours <br />3.306878e-6 weeks <br />7.61e-7 months <br /> with no personnel in the Diesel Room.
Upon discovery, this system was immediately returned to an operable status.
As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.12, a followup report will be submitted within 14 days.
