This is to confirm a telephone revart made by our Assistant Plant Manager, Mr. B.A. Svensson, to Mr. D. Boyd at 1225 hours0.0142 days <br />0.34 hours <br />0.00203 weeks <br />4.661125e-4 months <br /> on October 25, 1983. Mr. E.R. Swans,n, Senior Resident Inspector, was also notified. At this time we advised Mr. Boyd that on October 24, 1983, it was discovered that while Unit 1 was in operational Mode 4 for Steam Generator crevice flushing the ESF Automatic Actuation Logic System had not been operable as required by Technical Specification Section 3.3.2.1.
As required by Technical Specification Section 6.9.1.12, a followup report will be submitted within 14 days.
