FORT ST. VRAIN NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, AMENDMENT N0. 68 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-34 (TAC NO. 71754)

The Connission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 68 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.

This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated December 19, 1988.

The amendment modifies LCO 4.4.1 and SR 5.4.1 to include a Fixed High Temperature Trip Setpoint for the Steam Line Rupture Detection and Isolation System.

A copy of the Safety Evaluation is enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
