The staff has cornpleted its review of Public Service Cortpany of Colorado's (PSC) letters dated December 19, 1986, January 8,1988 and July 19, 1988, which submitted status reports on the enrrective actions resulting from LER 86-017. The submittals also addressed the additional concerns raised in the staff preliminary safety evaluation on the event and the proposed corrective actions dated September 26, 1986. We have reviewed the submittals and concluded that the corrective actions addressed the staff's concerns and are acceptable.
Enclosed is our safety evaluation of PSC's submittals. This conpletes our action on TAC flo. 61491.      liowever, the staff will inspect your actions in completing ycur written concitments as noted in the enclosed evaluation.
