Your response to the notice of violation stated that you did not agree that the example described in Part a. was an example of noncompliance. We have reviewed the information supplied in your response and still believe this to be an example of noncompliance, in that the procedures being used were not appro-priate to the circumstances since they did not incorporate the checklist being used to determine the adequacy of the completed ISI drawings. We will review your described corrective action in a future inspection.

Thank you for your letter dated May 3, 1985, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in our letter dated April 4, 1985.
