We have reviewed the information supplied in your response and still believe this to be an example of noncompliance, in that the procedures being used were not appro-priate to the circumstances since they did not incorporate the checklist being used to determine the adequacy of the completed ISI drawings. We will review your described corrective action in a future inspection.
