- reduction, and inspector quali'fications at the Braidwood Nuclear Station.
'Your concerns have been assigned to the Region III Division of Reactor Sifety for resolution and we expect to complete our inspections within the next ninety days. We will provide you with a copy of their report upon completion of the inspection.
The enclosed memorandum documents our understanding of your concerns. ALLEGATION FROM CECO THAT CERTAIN LKC INSPECTORS WILL ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT CERTAIN LKC MANAGERS On April 4,1985, at approximately 5:08 p.m. , I received a telephone call from D. Shamblin, Project Construction Superintendent, concerning information CECO had obtained from the site " grapevine". This source of information' purported that six (6) LKC QC inspectors will try to discredit certaic LKC managers. The six QC inspectors were identified by name. The names along with CECO perceived spelling were:

W i The names of the LKC managers who would be the subject of the attempted discreditation were: T. Zych H. Himes E. DeWald L. Seiss Mr. Shamblin stated that legitimate items will be investigated, but that the six aforementioned QC inspectors were perceived as troublemakers.
