With. respect to the violation identified, this is'the fourth violation

of'10 CFR.50.72 requirements identified within the past'two years..
Although these specific occurrences had minimal effect on public health
and safety, we are concerned about these repeat violations.
It is
extremely important that you provide accurate and timely event notifica-

tion for proper agency response in the event of a more serious situation.

provide a description of your management actions to assure proper and
timely notifications in the future. The response should be sufficient
to' address'any apparent programmatic issues as well as to avoid the
