YANKEE R0WE WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING MAIN STEAM LINE MONITORS AND PRIMARY VENT STACK NOBLE GAS MONITOR By letter dated July 12, 1989, you submitted an application for Amendment to your Facility Operating License No. DPR 3 to revise Appendix A Technical Specifications with regards to steam line monitors.

The NRC licensing staff discussed this application with you during a meeting on August 10, 1989. During that meeting you requested the withdrawal of the amendment.for subsequent rewrite and resubmittal. If this information is not correct, please notify the NRC of your intended actions within 10 days of receipt of this letter, after which we would consider this amendment request withdrawn.
