RESPONSE TO BULLETIN 90 03 FOR YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION (TAC NO. 76316)
On' March 20, 1990, the NRC. issued Generic Letter (GL) 90 03 " Relaxation of Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.2 Part 2 ' Vendor Interface. for Safety.Related Components.'" The GL requested that all licensees and applicants review their present vendor interface programs and modify them as necessary using the guidance supplied in the GL.
By letter dated September 20,1990, you responded to Generic Letter 90-03 and -
indicated that the programs have been implemented, in accordance with the
. guidance given in the GL. The. staff has reviewed your response and finds it acceptable.
This action closes TAC No. 76316.
