Dear Mr. Davis :
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.151 to the Yankee Atomic Electric Company Possession Only License (POL) No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
This amendment is in response to your application dated October 15,1998.
This amendment revises the POL by changing the submittal iriterval for the Radioactive Effluent Reports from semiannual to annual.
Notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register Notice.
