- Preoperational Testing" transmitted with your letter dated August. 28.1990 and note that you have modified the plan to include our comments. WeLexpect,that' the testing is to be done sequentially. We find the revised: Test Plan to,be;'
i acceptable.
We understand from your letter dated September 6,1990 that the changes in the L
z facility do not involve a change in the Technical Specifications and that you;,
plan to replace the diesel generator under the provisions-ofc10 CFR 50.59.
