ISSUANCE OF ONE TIME EXEMPTION TO 10 CFR 55.59 The Nuclear Regulatory Commissfon has granted the enclosed Exemption regarding Annual Operator Simulator Training pursuant to 10 CFR 55.59(c)(3)(1)(A)-(L).-
The specific exemption was issued in accordance with 10 CFR 50.12 in response to your letter dated August 2 '1990.
We find that granting the Exemption.is authorized by law, will not present an undue risk to the public health and safety, is consistent with the common defense and security), and meets the special circumstances described in 10 CFR 50.12(a)(2)(v.
The Exemption has been forwarded'to the 0ffice of the Federal Recister for publication.
