FAX 301 415 - 1101 IN REFERENCE TO MY LETTER OF JANUARY 21,1999, AS ATTACHED, PLEASE NOTE DATE CORRECTION In a REOUEST FOR LEAVE TO MAKE AN ORAL LIMITED APPEARANCE STATEMENT in the matter of YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN, dated January 21,1999, I inadvertently and incorrectly entered the date of a Prehearing Conference as January 27*. The Prehearing conference is to begin on Tuesday, January 26* and it is Tuesday, January 26* when I wish to make an orallimited appearance statement.
