'By letter dated November 30, 1969, Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) l submitted Topical Report YAEC-1710, " Yankee I:uclear Power Station Pilot Evaluation Report for Plant License Renewal," for staff review and approval By letter dated January (EB,1990, the staff determined that the rule-:,asedCompone computer program CODAT reviewed as part of its review of Topical Report YAEC-1710 and requested its submittal for staff review and approval.
By letter dated March 2,1990, YAEC submitted the Topical Report YAEC-1727P, " Methodology for Identifying Potent 181 fluid Cogonent Age-Related Degradation at the Yankee Nuclear Power Stati(n." By letters dated June 8,1990 and June 15, 1990, the NRC requested additdonal information regarding Topical Reports YAEC-1710 and YAEC-1727P.
YAEC tesponded to the requests for additionci information via letter dated
' July 16, 1990.
In the July 16, 1990, ressense, YAEC requested that no further review be conducted of COCAT and suasequent to acceptance of their response that no additional staff review be conducted on the pilot evaluation report.
l As requested, the I:RC has terminated its review of the YAEC topical reports.
However, the submitted responses do not completely resolve all of the staff's concerns.
Resolution of all concerns would require further review.
