Inspection Report 50-029/90-13
A routine announced radiological safety inspection was conducted
at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station on July 9 - 13, 1990.
The
inspection consisted of a review of training and qualification of
contractor Radiation Protection Technicians, external exposure
controls, and internal exposure controls.
The inspectors also
provided input to the NRC Maintenance Team which was concurrently

The findings of the inspection were
discussed with Mr. Henderson and other members of your staff on
July 13, 1990,
Within the scope of this inspection one non-cited violation was

identified, involving a failure to follow radiation protection

procedures.
